Your IMAGE is the business of Suzie Woodward Morris,
Founder and Chief Image Officer of Strategic Imaging
Informed by her extensive experience as a professional wardrobe stylist, Morris analyzed the various “looks” of the clothes people wear, catalogued the emotional responses evoked by these “looks”, and for the first time, defined three 5-year, highly predictable fashion “cycles”. Enabled by these insights, Morris opened a consulting firm, Images by Suzie, at the Stanford Barn in Palo Alto, California. Among her first clients were Autodesk, Bank of America, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Marin General Hospital, Junior League of Palo Alto and Stanford University Business School. In 1985 she renamed her company: Strategic Imaging and moved her offices to San Francisco.
Morris has many years of experience in her industry. She is the author of “Are You A Closet Junkee?” and "Suzie Woodward Morris' Wardrobe Strategies”. “Wardrobe Strategies” describes her discovery of the evolutionary sequence through which the Three 5-Year Wardrobe Cycles progress. This discovery enables a strategy by which a person’s wardrobe can be arranged to achieve specific outcomes. Today
we know this as an ALGORITHM.
Morris’ colleagues have repeatedly recognized her for her achievements as a leading innovator in the field of Image/Perception/Leadership Strategies. A pioneer and authority on the psychology of image, Morris was invited to be one of the five founders of the Association of Image
Consultants: AIC - now
AICI. Morris is a past president of the Image Industry Council International (IICI) and was awarded its Highest Honor: Image Consultant of the Year.
She is a stylist for executives of Fortune 500 Companies, Universities, Tech/Retail Start-Ups, Retail Security, Real Estate, and Design companies as well as men and women in various stages of their career and personal development.
A dynamic speaker, Morris presents her insights and innovations on “Image”, “Perception”, "Re-Framing" and “Executive Coaching” in Spotlight on Image forums nationwide. In these forums, Morris creates strategies that enable individuals to succeed professionally, personally and socially.
Morris was nicknamed: Suzie "FrockStar" by her colleagues.
